Textildesign ist weit mehr als Zeichnen - es geht um Fasermaterial, Flächenbildung aus Garn, Werkzeuge und Maschinen, Farbstoffe, und so viel mehr...
Hier möchte ich einen kleinen Einblick geben, besonders in kleine textile Projekte, die ohne große industrielle Maschinen auskommen, sondern einfach zuhause nachmachbar sind.
Außerdem liegt es mir am Herzen, etwas über Textilien zu informieren - immerhin haben wir jeden Tag eine Vielzahl von textilen Materialien um uns.

Welcome to my little textile world!
Textile design is a lot more than drawing - it's about fibre materials, technology to make structures out of yarn, tools and machinery, dye stuff, and so much more...
I would like to give a bit of a glimpse into small textile projects that don't need heavy machinery but can be made with your hands at home.
Furthermore it's close to my heart to give information about textiles that are everyday business to me but not to most people - after all, each of us are surrounded by a huge number of textiles every day.
